Hey friends, it’s time to connect with Adrienne, Dara, Joanne, and Jen to share our frequent shopping lists. I do most of my shopping online, but every three weeks or so, I go to Aldi because I like to try some of their specials. Oh, and also to buy toilet paper — theirs is the best. Just don’t tell anyone, or it will sell out.
So, for this post, I looked at my Woolworths app, which tells me this is a purchase I make frequently.
Frequently Purchased Grocery List
Protein and Milk
My son, who loves working out, lifting weights and eating healthy, loves protein, so here is our regular shopping list:
- High protein milk
- egg
- Greek yogurt
- High protein cheese
- turkey mince
- Salmon
- Oat milk for me because I love coffee
Bread and Pantry Staples
- Bread (high protein bread)
- Corn is thinning
- Rice
- Canned tomatoes (Mutti)
Vegetables
- Tomato
- mold
- potato
- Mung beans
- zucchini
- carrot
- Avocado
- Butter lettuce
- Asian salad kit (goes well with salmon)
Fruit
- Banana
- Apple
- Fruits that are in season – currently we eat a lot of nectarines, grapes and watermelon
Extra
- sour cream
- Orange juice
- Pickles–We love our pickles! Our cousin Connect group is divided into two camps: Team Pickle and Team No Pickle. In our house we are Team Pickle all the way!
- Cashews for snacking
- Cat food
This is my shopping list that I often buy. Oh yeah — and I bought it too Cadbury Hazelnut Chocolate when half price at $4.00. There was no way I was paying $8.00 for a block of chocolate because my monthly cravings were a thing of the past, thanks to menopause.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
